COURSE DESCRIPTION This year marks the 100th Anniversary of Route 66. But there is another highway that is actually a coast-to-coast highway that had its start in 1919, the Lincoln Highway. Major Eisenhower was part of a convoy that drove from the East Coast to San Francisco. West of Omaha, there were few roads, which made the trek a miracle.

INSTRUCTOR BIO Alan has been at Senior College since 2005. He has taught a huge variety of courses and looks forward to teach more.
